Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy:

While we hope you always love the items you purchased, we understand there may be cases when the item doesn’t fit or the style is not to your satisfaction. In this case we are more than happy to assist. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Please ensure you return your item(s) unused/unworn, in the condition you received them and together with all original packaging, swingtags and labels attached. We thoroughly check all returned items to ensure they are in perfect condition to resell before we issue a refund or exchange.

Returns:

If you feel that you want to return an item, please contact us on customerservices@angryballerina.com within 15 days of receipt of our products and we will issue you with a return authorisation code and the address to return your item to. Please do not return any packages prior to authorization. The returned items must be sent to us within 15 days of issuing the authorisation code. Returned styles must be sent back in the condition received with all tags properly attached. In this case, customers are liable for any return postage costs. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and ensure that the item is fully insured. Any refund offered will be minus the cost of delivery.

Exchange:

If you feel that you want to exchange an item, please contact us on customerservices@angryballerina.com within 15 days of receipt of our products and we will issue you with an exchange authorisation code and the address to return the item to. Please do not return any packages prior to authorization. The returned items must be sent to us within 15 days of issuing the authorisation code. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange. If exchanging an item, the new style being purchased should be of equal or higher value. If the item is of higher value the difference must be paid.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The shipping address for returns will be provided with the authorisation code in order to avoid any confusion. Please do not send any items to us to any address without the correct authorisation code.
